Who we are

This site, the HotLayout editor, the admin and the sandbox are operated by Erika Dyendyeshy, HotLayout. Contact: contact@hotlayout.com.

What is proprietary

The editor, the admin, the sandbox at /try and this website (code, design, texts, images and other content) are proprietary products of HotLayout. All rights are reserved. Using them does not give you any ownership or licence beyond what is written here.

What is open

The reader SDKs and the contract are open source under the Apache-2.0 licence and are published at github.com/hotlayout. These terms do not restrict that licence or what it allows you to do with that code.

Using the sandbox

You may use the sandbox to evaluate the product. Your work in it stays in your browser; we do not receive it.

What is not allowed

Without a written licence from us you may not:

copy, reproduce or adapt the code, design or content of the editor, the admin or the sandbox;
build a derivative or competing product from them;
reverse engineer them, except to the extent the law allows despite this restriction;
download them automatically in bulk (scraping, crawling) or otherwise extract them in bulk.

No warranty

The sandbox is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Because your data stays in your browser, clearing site data or switching browsers loses it.

Paid use

Paid use of HotLayout is governed by a separate agreement or licence.

Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is the one on this page, with the date of entry into force above.
